A donation of a new set of uniforms from the outgoing class of 2016 has given the choir a new lease of life. The choir launched the new uniforms today. Astaire President of the choir said the new uniforms donation came at the right time for we needed to wear a common uniform in some activities apart from choir gauns, as the board of the choir we have thought about the introduction of second choir uniform which were T shirts but we failed to raise money for that from our members for this year we had a lot of things as the whole choir to spend on. Our finalists surprised by getting it done for us, we are so excited for it.

Our choir has had uniforms for the past 19 years and are in need of a change and the donation of the new uniform was indeed timely,” Regis said. Uniform color blue meant unity and we are thankful for the kind donation. Vice President Regis isn’t the only one who were excited about the new uniform. Secretary Aline also went speechless when she was told that she got a chance to own the choir uniform because normally no one takes choir gauns home.

The new Uniform consists of choir t-shirt for informal events. All members will purchase and own their choir t shirts. Treasurer Grace said that 15 first members to buy the T shirts will get a discount of 500 for they will get them at 3000Rwf, after that T shirts will be sold at a normal price of 3500Rwf. The price mentioned above must be paid in advance or at the door, remember T shirts are available at Domus Pacis at all rehearsal days and for those who are Kigali soon you will be communicated when choir T shirts are available at Centre Christus Remera.
