Good News Choir Annual Pilgrimage to Kibeho, 3rd Edition.

Since its first edition back in 2015, the Pilgrimage has become an unmissable event for the good people.

It now looks like the yearly visit of children to their grandparents in the village, where they now they will receive a lot of love and affection, they can tell everything to their grandparents and know they can change everything.

The Good people also prepare this looking for love, affection and protection knowing they can surrender everything to our Holy Mother.

Inviting Mary and her son in a wedding or a party has proven to be so helpful, people from Cana can tell. Following their example our first wish is to invite our mother and her son in our 20^th Anniversary Concert and party and in all the activities preparing the events.

The Pilgrimage is scheduled on Saturday the 11th of March 2017 and the transport fees are 2700 frw including money of what will be shared (Lunch).

For those who would like to know how it’s done, here are some hints.

It all starts with a novena nine days before the departure done every day after the morning mass, and the departure is usually scheduled at 7am after the Saturday morning Mass. It takes more or less an hour to reach the Holy Land of Kibeho where pilgrims are welcomed in a hall where they receive a talk about the history of Kibeho followed by a Q&A session and concluded by the documentary of Kibeho.

There after they receive some few minutes of meditation and prayer especially at the place where apparitions happened back in the 80s just before the 11 am mass.

After the mass pilgrims go down to the water source which its water has proven to have healing powers. Then comes the time climb back to the chapel and climb again to a small hill named “Golgotha” which also has the 15 stations of the way of the cross…these which helps to meditate on the passion of Jesus Christ.

And comes the time to rejoin our buses and move to Nyarushishi where there is a huge statue of merciful Jesus and a beautiful chapel nearby.as its more or less 3pm the good pilgrims have the time to recite the rosary of the divine mercy.
